Black Opal recently launched a new shade called “Rich Caramel”, that falls between “Heavenly Honey” and “Truly Topaz”. It looks to be very close in shade to both colors, but more neutral (I use “Truly Topaz” and it tends to be more cool-toned). I hope they expand by adding a few more shades. I know so many women that fall between “Truly Topaz” and “Nutmeg”, and I’d love to see a shade deeper than “Carob”.

Great post! I purchased that shade without even realizing its new. It is very nice. Did they discontinue Walnut? (Based on the pic in your post) From what I was told by a veteran in the industry, Walnut wold look sort of grey. You are right, a shade darker than carob would be great!
It looks like the got rid of Walnut but I still it at the store all the time, I’m assuming it could be the last that are left.
