Ive been head over hills with red bottom heels of course with fashion since the age of 7 maybe younger I'm 24 now LOL. Fashion to me is more than just what someone is wearing-- it's how it's worn; how it makes you feel the excitement you get when you make a clothing purchase and all the ways your gonna wear it!

For years now the counterfeiters of luxury brands have been costing companies billions, it bugs me beyond belief when people knowingly buy knockoffs and rock them with an air of confidence. My personal belief is if “you can’t afford don’t buy it”. I mean we all want Louie this Gucci that but we all can’t afford it. There are tons of high end brands that have started to make more affordable options, and if high end or affordable high end goods aren’t in your budget there’s always the option of saving or just plain ole buying what you can afford, because the saying “you get what you pay for” is more than a saying when it comes to certain goods.  But it’s important to do your research before purchasing a piece.

  • Find out if the piece was even created
  • Does the seller has proof of purchase?
  • Is the price too low to be true? This could be a tell-tell sign.
  • Is it missing the dust cover? Is the cover poorly crafted and made of a combination of paper and material?

The hardware on this particular piece is tarnished and that has nothing to do with wear and tear.  The registered symbol is far too large for this tag and the N in Vouitton is switched over.  Also contrary to belief, not all pieces are made in France; it can produced in the USA, Germany, Spain and Italy.

The double bubble seam, and the logo being all kinds of cut off flipped and introverted is a dead giveaway.  The zipper logo isn’t consistent with this style.

The piping is clearly painted on with thick deep red rubber or glue (and poorly at that)

Once again not normal wear and tear of a real bag and the poorly painted pipping.

More tarnished hardware and the sewn strap isn’t a 5-corner stitching, it’s only 4.

Chipped paint on the flaps of this particular piece.  This fake even has bottom tabs that aren’t sewn.  Look out for blank non-monogrammed tabs and feet where they shouldn’t be.

Look closely but the bottom of this piece is separating.

A closer look of the double bubble seam.  And yes, those are threads busting at the seams.

Stitching is precise and neat the coloring of the tab is as it should be.  It also has the 5-corner stitching.  The material is upside on the other side of the bag because it’s completely folded over and not pieced together.

A better look at proper craftsmanship.

No kind of chipping peeling or random discoloration.

In no way shape or form is this post coming down on anyone who knowingly buys knockoffs me personally I don’t own any fakes, and I wouldn’t buy any either however, different stroke for different folks. My reasons for never ever buying a fake are simple it’s an issue of pride if I’m working hard to buy things I will enjoy I’m going to buy them, and not to mention if I were the purveyor of goods I wouldn’t want my goods and or image tarnished. Word to the wise when buying luxury goods make sure you go straight to the source i.e. the store there’s no way you can go wrong with that.

To say neons are the in color for spring is an understatement. I live for pops of neon color in spring or summer looks and Rocsi did just that with her Freestyle Hi Reignbow Reebok’s. I love the whole look the mixing of colors all balanced out from the white t-shirt nude jacket hat and scarf and denim jeans and of course the neon green oddly but beautifully tied the whole look together.

Here are some other colors to choose from.

Love the dress hate the shoes

Another case of love the hair and makeup but hate the outfit.

I could go on for days but I digress.

Ever since proud mama Bey bought Baby Blue into the world, she’s has been seen rocking subtle and not so subtle hints of blue; from hers nails to full on ensembles. In one of my favorite post Blue looks was last night, Bey was rocking a navy blue Victoria Beckham dress, navy & black Nicholas Kirkwood sandals, and her layered Lanvin necklace complimented the look. Bey’s post Blue body has been stirring up controversy some say she’s too skinny to have just had a baby 2 months ago.

Diggy Simmons (Angela Simmons’ little brother) recently teamed up with Rolling Out for a pretty dope photo shoot.  The 16 year old definitely has style.  Diggy is prepping for his upcoming album release Unexpected Arrival which drops March 20th the day before his 17th birthday.

Its never a dull moment working at MAC especially when customers come in looking for their favorite product from a launch or even permanent item. And I have to be the bearer of bad news and tell them the heartbreaking news that their favorite product has been discontinued? Well, starting this Monday your luck may change. MAC is listing 18 of the most requested lipsticks, lipglasses, and eye shadows from past collections and asking consumers to vote on Facebook for the ones they want back in their lives.

Voting will be from March 12 to March 30, and the top three winners in each category will be made into a limited-edition collection—M.A.C. By Request, available on maccosmetics.com in late July. Don’t think your ballot will make a difference? Get on Twitter and ask your friends to vote for your favorite products using the hashtag #MACBYREQUEST.
