Sunday January 27th – 9:00am – 6:00pm
Monday January 28th – 9:00am – 5:00pm

- Cosmetology, Nail Technician, Esthetician license / certificate
(including international license / certificate) - Massage Therapist license
- Makeup Artist Union Card
- Temptu Pro Artist Card
- MAC Pro Card
- Smashbox Pro Card
- Sally’s Professional Card (red)
- Salon Centric Card (blue)
- CosmoProf Proclub Card
- Cosmetology School Business, State License or School ID card
- Student ID or letter from certified instructor on school letterhead
- Business card from a legitimate salon with your name printed on it
- Letter from salon/spa owner on certified letterhead
(including owner’s business card) - W-2 form
