This Avocado Shea Hair Butter is a very light and subtle product that can be used on natural hair to style and moisturize.
Ideally this butter can be used to hydrate parched curls and add shine to any style.
It’s also a great product to use for twist outs and braid outs.
A little of this handmade hair butter goes a long way.
Raw Shea Butter

Safi Hair Care was on Twitter giving away samples of her new Avocado Shea Butter (1oz. jar retails for $2.50) and I was lucky enough to sign-up in time to receive one. You can’t help but love the scent of this butter. The scent is light, fruity, with a hint of cocoa. I initially used this on my scalp and I personally liked it my scalp on the other hand didn’t. I’m allergic to some forms of aloe vera because an irritant that’s found in aloe plant. None the less I tried it anyway because I knew if I started to itch to simply do an ACV rinse. So I won’t be using it on my scalp anymore. A few days later I tried it on my hair and my hair loves it. As light as the whipped texture is I didn’t know if it would be able to handle the cold winter season. I was wrong! I had a nice sheen and it didn’t feel heavy. I used it on my brother’s natural hair tonight and the results were just as good. He likes it so he decided to keep it in exchange for taking this picture for the review. Unfortunately the Safi Hair Care profile doesn’t have a lot of info about the company but you can find them on the social networks below.
