China Glazed announced that celebrity manicurist Kimmie Kyees did Katy Perry nails using China Glaze “Yellow Polka Dot Bikini” and “White on White” as a base.  It’s blinding!  I’m loving the hair too…but no one rocks it like Shrinkle.
