How do you like combination base coat/ topcoats? My Answer: I do not. The problem is that I’ve never found one that actually worked for me. Base coats usually don’t completely dry which makes it hard to be well performing topcoat. They also tend to have a semi-matte finish. But I have found them to be better used a base coat rather than both a base coat and topcoat.
