  • Pomegranate seeds and juice, green tea, curcumin, turmeric, chaste tree berry, evening primrose, and milk thistle are some other herbs, spices, and foods that have also been found to be very helpful in detoxification and restoring the imbalances caused by xenoestrogens.

Get Enough Exercise

By exercising for 30 to 45 minutes each week, you can bring down the estrogen levels in the body by close to 19%. Research has also found that working out can help break down the excess estrogen so that the body can eliminate it more easily.

Get Adequate Sleep

When you sleep, the melatonin hormone levels are balanced in the body. Considering that melatonin can protect you from the adverse effects of xenohormones, you can detoxify by simply getting enough sleep.

Xenoestrogens are an unfortunate part of our environment. Laws are being passed to control the amounts present in the products we use, and health care organizations are working to raise extensive awareness about the adverse effects.
