For the extremely fruity beverage with a charming appearance, just freeze the fruit juices into ice cubes and then pour a glass of mineral water. This way your kids can create their own flavorful combinations only limited by their own imagination. The colorful cubes taste great. Give the rainbow cocktail a try. Puree peaches, strawberries, nectarines and other fruit of your choice and freeze.

Adults who want their children to have a healthy, hearty drink without adding sugar can prepare the following cocktail with oatmeal and natural fruit sweetness:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 300 ml of milk (alternatively, rice or soy drink)
  • 300 ml grape juice
  • 1 tablespoon fine whole grain rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Grapes for decoration

Puree the sliced bananas with half of the grape juice and add the oatmeal and milk. Mix everything for about one minute.
