Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, full-fat
  • 1 unit Egg beaten, for egg wash
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds optional, for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape each into a bagel.
  5. Brush each bagel with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
  6. Place bagels in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
