Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the shrimp in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
