A quick and easy breakfast frittata made in the air fryer.

Main Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the cheddar cheese, bell pepper, onion, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits into your air fryer.
Place the baking dish in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown on top.
Remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
