Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the cheddar cheese, bell pepper, onion, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits into your air fryer.
  5. Place the baking dish in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown on top.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
