Ingredients

  • 2 large Potatoes Russet or Yukon Gold
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline slicer.
  2. 2. Soak slices in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
  3. 3. Toss slices in olive oil and salt.
  4. 4. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. 5. Air fry at 360°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. 6. Let chips cool before serving.
