Main Ingredients
- 1 gallon Apple cider
- 1 gallon Apple juice
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- 2 cups Brown sugar
- 8 sticks Cinnamon
- 1 liter Everclear
- 1 liter Vanilla vodka
In a large pot, combine the apple cider, apple juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for about an hour. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Once the mixture is completely cool, stir in the Everclear and vanilla vodka.
Pour the mixture into mason jars, making sure to include a cinnamon stick in each jar. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
For best results, let the moonshine sit for a few weeks before drinking.
