Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and lemon juice.
Lay out phyllo dough and brush each sheet with melted butter. Layer 6 sheets.
Spread breadcrumbs over the layered phyllo dough.
Place apple mixture on one end of the dough and roll up tightly.
Place strudel on a baking sheet and brush with remaining butter.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
