Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 package Phyllo Dough
  • ½ cup Melted Butter
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and lemon juice.
  3. Lay out phyllo dough and brush each sheet with melted butter. Layer 6 sheets.
  4. Spread breadcrumbs over the layered phyllo dough.
  5. Place apple mixture on one end of the dough and roll up tightly.
  6. Place strudel on a baking sheet and brush with remaining butter.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
