Instructions
Cook ground pork in a skillet until browned.
Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Remove from heat.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold and roll tightly.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet. Fry egg rolls until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
