Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • as needed vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Cook ground pork in a skillet until browned.
  2. Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Remove from heat.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold and roll tightly.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet. Fry egg rolls until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
