  • 1 Avocado ripe
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 pinch Red pepper flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
  2. 2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  3. 3. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. 4. Spread the avocado mixture evenly on the toasted bread slices.
  5. 5. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top if using. Serve immediately.
