- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 slices Bacon
- 4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- 4 pieces Burger Buns toasted
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. In a separate pan, cook bacon until crispy.
5. Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each chicken breast and let it melt.
6. Assemble the sandwich: place chicken with melted cheese on the bottom bun, add bacon, and top with the other half of the bun.
