Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Bacon cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large Onion diced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- ½ cup Coffee brewed
1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until it starts to crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove bacon and set aside.
2. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and coffee. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, until thickened.
4. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and pulse until you reach your desired consistency.
5. Let cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
