- 1 can Water Chestnuts drained
- 1 lb Bacon cut into thirds
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Wrap each water chestnut with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place the bacon-wrapped water chestnuts on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and soy sauce. Brush the mixture over the bacon-wrapped water chestnuts.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
