Baked French Fries Recipe

- 4 large Russet potatoes peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
