  • 4 large Russet potatoes peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
