Main Ingredients
- 4 Fresh Rainbow Trout cleaned and gutted
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 lemon Lemon sliced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with olive oil.
Place the cleaned trout on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the trout and season with salt and pepper.
Stuff each trout with minced garlic, lemon slices, and chopped parsley.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
