Baked Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
- 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Milk
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, and cook until thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in 3 cups of cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni and pour into a baking dish.
Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
