Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
Form the mixture into 8 patties and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
