Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain fat.
  4. Stir in spaghetti sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, half of the meat sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
