Instructions 

  1. Combine balsamic vinegar and honey in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until the mixture is reduced by half and thickened, about 15 minutes.
  3. Let cool before using. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
