Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mashed Bananas about 2-3 bananas
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 large Egg
- ⅓ cup Melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter. Mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
