- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Beer any light beer
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Gradually add the beer to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
4. Dip each chicken breast into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
5. Carefully place the battered chicken into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
6. Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
