Instructions
1. Cut the onion into a blooming shape.
2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, combine milk and beaten eggs.
4. Dip the onion into the milk mixture, then coat with the flour mixture. Repeat for a thicker coating.
5. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C). Fry the onion until golden brown.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
