  • 1 (3-4 pound) corned beef brisket with spice packet
  • 10 small red potatoes
  • 5 carrots, peeled and cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 1 large head cabbage, cut into small wedges
  • 4 cups water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Place corned beef brisket in a large roasting pan.
  3. Add water and sprinkle the spice packet over the brisket.
  4. Cover and bake in preheated oven for 2 hours.
  5. Add potatoes and carrots, cover, and continue cooking for 40 minutes.
  6. Add cabbage and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
