Main Ingredients
- 1 (3-4 pound) corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 10 small red potatoes
- 5 carrots, peeled and cut into 3-inch pieces
- 1 large head cabbage, cut into small wedges
- 4 cups water
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Place corned beef brisket in a large roasting pan.
Add water and sprinkle the spice packet over the brisket.
Cover and bake in preheated oven for 2 hours.
Add potatoes and carrots, cover, and continue cooking for 40 minutes.
Add cabbage and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
