- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs, beaten
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil, for frying
1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
2. Dredge shrimp in flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
