  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 units Eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge shrimp in flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
