Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces
  • 1 cup Crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
