- 4 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces
- 1 cup Crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
