- 1 lb Ham steak
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
2. Once butter is melted, add the ham steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
3. Sprinkle brown sugar over the ham steak, then add Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar.
4. Continue to cook for another 5-6 minutes, basting the ham with the sauce.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
