- 2 lbs Chicken wings split and tips removed
- ½ cup Hot sauce like Frank's RedHot
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
In a large mixing bowl, combine hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce.
Arrange the wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and fully cooked.
Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing, if desired.
