Buffalo or Barbeque Chicken and Rice Wraps Recipe

- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce or barbeque sauce your choice
- 4 large Tortillas
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
1. In a skillet, heat the shredded chicken over medium heat.
2. Add the buffalo or barbeque sauce to the chicken and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, lettuce, and tomatoes.
5. Place a portion of the chicken mixture and rice mixture onto each tortilla.
6. Roll up the tortillas and serve warm.
