  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce or barbeque sauce your choice
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, heat the shredded chicken over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the buffalo or barbeque sauce to the chicken and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  5. 5. Place a portion of the chicken mixture and rice mixture onto each tortilla.
  6. 6. Roll up the tortillas and serve warm.
