Burger Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 Burger buns
- 4 slices Cheese optional
- 1 Lettuce optional
- 1 Tomato optional
- 1 Onion optional
- to taste Condiments ketchup, mustard, mayo
1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
3. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
4. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
5. Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet for about 1 minute.
6. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, and condiments as desired.
