- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese grated, optional
1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the cooked noodles back to the pot. Toss to coat with the melted butter.
4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss again to combine.
5. Serve hot, optionally topped with grated parmesan cheese.
