Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and cooled
  • 1 package Nori sheets
  • 1 cup Imitation crab meat shredded
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 Cucumber julienned

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place a sheet of plastic wrap over the bamboo sushi mat.
  2. 2. Lay a nori sheet on top of the plastic wrap.
  3. 3. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori.
  4. 4. Flip the nori and rice so the rice is facing down.
  5. 5. Place crab meat, avocado, and cucumber along the edge of the nori.
  6. 6. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
  7. 7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
