Caprese Burger Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic Caprese salad, turned into a burger.

Burger Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 Burger Buns
- 4 slices Fresh Mozzarella
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 cup Tomato Slices
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of mozzarella on each patty to melt.
Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two until lightly browned.
Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns, then top with tomato slices, basil leaves, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
