  • 4 Sandwich Rolls
  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Grill the carne asada for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
  3. 3. While the meat is grilling, slice the sandwich rolls in half.
  4. 4. Once the meat is done, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading guacamole on the bottom half of each roll, adding the sliced carne asada, pico de gallo, and shredded lettuce. Top with the other half of the roll.
