  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (for coating)

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions, ¼ cup chopped pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  3. Roll the cheese ball in the 1 cup of chopped pecans until fully coated.
