- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans (for coating)
In a large bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions, ¼ cup chopped pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball.
Roll the cheese ball in the 1 cup of chopped pecans until fully coated.
