Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • to taste Salt
  • optional Salsa, sour cream, guacamole

Instructions 

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  2. Place a tortilla in the pan and sprinkle half of it with cheese and rice.
  3. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until the cheese melts, flipping once.
  4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  5. Serve with optional toppings.
