- 4 cups Zucchini, grated
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
