- 3 lbs Beef roast chuck or rump
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 6 rolls Italian rolls split
- 1 cup Giardiniera optional, for topping
1. Place the beef roast in a slow cooker.
2. Add beef broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
4. Shred the beef using two forks.
5. Serve the beef on split Italian rolls, topped with giardiniera if desired.
