Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast diced
- 1 cup Wild rice
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 2 stalks Celery sliced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
Add chopped onion, sliced carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in wild rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
