Salad Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Caesar Dressing
- 1 cup Croutons
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Top the salad with the sliced chicken breasts.
7. Serve immediately.
