  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 8 pieces Small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  2. 2. Place a small amount of the mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the rolled tortillas until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
