Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless pounded thin
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs preferably panko
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ cup Olive oil for frying
1. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
2. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with a side of salad or pasta.
