Chicken Parmigiana Recipe
A classic Italian-American dish featuring breaded chicken breasts topped with marinara sauce and melted cheese.

- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.
Dip each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Top each with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
