  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Top each with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
