  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 unit Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 unit Onion, sliced
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 4 units Hoagie rolls
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chicken, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Place a slice of provolone cheese on each hoagie roll.
  5. 5. Divide the chicken mixture among the hoagie rolls. Serve hot.
