Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh
  • 2 Eggs soft-boiled
  • 1 cup Green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. 4. Stir in minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.
  6. 6. Divide ramen into bowls and top with soft-boiled eggs and sliced green onions.
